Lindi Holstine is the founder of Olson Analytics Group, a Denver-based consultancy specializing in revenue management and analytics. With over 15 years of experience in revenue management, financial systems, and data strategy, she has built a career helping organizations improve performance and streamline
operations.
Lindi’s expertise spans multifamily housing, hospitality, and multi-unit operations, where she has overseen dynamic pricing, forecasting, and portfolio optimization for more than 200 assets nationwide. She has led initiatives in system design, process improvement, and advanced analytics, while coaching and advising revenue teams at both property and executive levels.
She is also one of the few professionals certified in RealPage AI Revenue Management systems, giving her a unique edge in applying advanced AI tools to optimize pricing and forecasting. Her broader technical toolkit includes Yardi, MRI, LRO/YieldStar, G5, DemandX, Power BI, and the Microsoft Power Platform, enabling her to connect data insights with practical business strategy.
